HOUSE OF GALLERIES: VOLUME II

We are excited to be part of the second edition of HOUSE OF GALLERIES, taking place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany from January 22 - 25, 2026.

Bode will present a brand new body of work by Johannesburg based artist, curator, and publisher Kay-Leigh Fisher. In her research and artistic practice, she examines processes of becoming by reflecting on relationships with trusted and familiar objects and the ways in which these can reinforce ideals connected to race, sexuality, and gender. Her portraits foreground the multiplicity of identities that can coexist within a single person, deliberately moving away from the notion of a fixed or idealized portrait.
