'Bifröst' in nordic mythology, is a rainbow bridge between Midgard and Asgard and thus the connection between the "earth world" and the "heavenly kingdom". Through his work, Alteronce Gumby engages the viewer and expands the notions through which we perceive form and color, the subjectivity on identity, the materiality on earth, and in cosmic space.
